When comparing venues, Gates Farm and Vineyard is completely transparent and stress free with our pricing to help ease your mind.  We know when planning your event the venue is the most important investment and that's why we strive to have affordable prices, greater value, unmatched elegance and no hidden fees.

We are conveniently located between Beaumont and Lumberton. We are 7 miles from Beaumont and 6.5 miles from Lumberton. We are completely secluded with no houses and no businesses in sight just beautiful farm as far as you can see. We have absolutely no road noise while still being convenient and close to Beaumont.

Gates Farm and Vineyard is here to help you achieve your Instagram/Pinterest vision.  No matter if you have plans for a black tie formal, a presentation for 400, or a laid back farm retreat we are here to make it special.

One Day Rental

Use of the Stone Ender Barn for your event. *Prices excludes days around holidays.

Please note

  • A $2,000 payment and signed contract is required to secure your date.

  • A $1,000 refundable damage deposit due 30 days out.

  • We require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with Gates Farm and Vineyard listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract.  Approximate cost $50 - $170.

  • Depending on the final guest count provided 60 days out, the client will be responsible for paying approved off duty law enforcement officers to provide security for the event.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Exclusive access to the Stone Ender Barn.

  • Approximately 50 acres of farm & vineyard property for photos that will last a lifetime.

  • Oversized elegant indoor bathrooms that are wheelchair accessible.

  • Large bar area with sink.

  • Caterer’s prep kitchen with commercial refrigerator and three hole sink.

  • Tables and chairs included to seat 300. Our round tables are 66” and our rectangle tables are 10’ long.

  • Parking for guest directly in front of the venue.

  • No hidden fees.
